Analox has been proudly working with the submarine community for over 20 years.
Within this time we have connected with some brilliant people, including Wes McGuinness, a serving submariner for the Royal Navy.
Wes and Analox were first acquainted with one another in early 2023 due to common interest in the ‘We Remember Submariners’ charity. We Remember Submariners is a not-for-profit organisation which is dedicated to supporting the submariner community and their families. As well as being our chosen charity for 2024, Wes is also an active member of the charity, doing what he can to raise money and awareness.

In his 13th year of proudly representing the Royal Navy, Team GB, and Team England, Wes has achieved significant milestones, including a gold medal at the England National Bench Press Championships and multiple medals at the IPF Commonwealth Championships.
Despite suffering a major injury in New Zealand, he has demonstrated resilience and dedication to his rehabilitation, securing the English National Bench Press Champion title in 2023 and rejoining Team GB for the IPF European Championship. A professional and experienced leader, Wes upholds the highest standards of discipline and military bearing, actively promoting powerlifting and RN sports, and inspiring the next generation of sailors.
Our relationship with Wes has built over time, and really aligns with our company values. We are overjoyed to have sponsored him as he represented Team GB at the Common Wealth Games for Powerlifting and look forward to seeing what the future holds for Wes.
